Haha yeah, his right arm has a coat on but the rest of his body doesn't. So I'm assuming she just took two totally different photos and put them together to make this one. The things they can do with Photoshop...kinda cool and preposterous at the same time.

The arm around Kate's shoulder is clothed differently than the rest of the mans clothes. Also the man's other arm is long as hell!!
